Q. What is a confidential virtual assistant?
A. A confidential assistant is a virtual assistant who uses specialized security strategies to work with clients who handle highly sensitive information. We also dedicated a page to explain what a confidential assistant is a little more in depth.
Q. I have never worked with a virtual assistant, what is the process?
A. Since virtual assistance is a fairly new industry, we know you might not understand the processes of working with a virtual assistant. That's why we created a step by step guide to help you know what to expect when working with one.
Q. How does a confidential assistant charge me?
A. Your projects are timed using a time tracking software called TimeStamp. You are only charged for the time spent working on your project. If your project is being worked on and the phone rings or any other interruption, the work is immediately ceased so you are not charged. You are charged by the minute so there would be no rounding up.
Q. How can I get my projects to you if you are not in the office?
A. Your projects are sent via email, fax, phone, postal mail, or instant messaging. We also offer a back office solution that requires a username and password, chosen by the client, to help get files from point A to point B securely. If your project is a long term continuous project, you are updated weekly.
